Lucy and Alice… The story of the project

Inspired by their banter in Miss Arnott’s General Maths class, high school friends Rubee Sookee and Amelia Milgate, click with their humour and creativity. Seven years on and their University degree’s behind them, they’ve put their fanciful lollyg
agging into a web-series.

Set in Sydney, Lucy and Alice… is  a semi-absurd comedy, which focuses around the relationship of the two friends Lucy and Alice… It deals with SERIOUS themes like love and keeping yourself out of danger. There will be some great songs, drug trips, star-wipes, and a handsome cowboy named John.

There was no money for this project so each member of the creative team was involved in this project to be challenged, create new and exciting work, and to share with you what some of the best new and upcoming comedians have to offer.
